I got Pen from a local facebook page that posts about cats in need. This lil guy was living in the streets cuz his old owner passed away and the management company just let him out and didn't even care! :(. He was given the name PENNYWISE by the community he lived in, cuz he was living in the sewers. Some kind folks took him in temporarily, but they had too many pets.
